
It seems like the longer i'm up and the more I eat and the less I excercise, the more weight I lose! How ironic is that? I'm down 2 pounds since yesterday, which seems nuts to me because I was only at the gym for a half hour, I was up forever and ate nine times, plus my calorie intake was a bit over a thousand. I didn't eat too many times, i was just up so long that I had to eat accoridingly. Ok, well that's about it. Hope everyone is doing well!
Hope all is well. I am losing weight again. Makes me happy. I had oatmeal for breakfast, 100 cal. doing much better. Have a great day.
