Down to 155! More than halfway there! It's a bit slow going, but i am still happy! I wish you would all post more often! I want to know how you are doing! okey doke, well, not much else to say, everything is going well.

Day 60 Update!!!



ok, so after 60 days i have lost 23 pounds! It's not as good as other people, but it's still exciting. I am doing excercises with the kids and they are learning how to be healthy, they love it! They are just so funny to watch while they are on the ground trying to do crunches! So, I have decreased my gym time from 5 days a week to about 3 and we will see how that works for me. Overall, I am doing pretty well, my measurements are not really changing though, in two weeks i have gained a couple inches and lost like a half one! So that kinda sucks, but it will come....slow and steady wins the race! My clothes are still fitting about the same, I haven't gone down any sizes on ANYTHING! I have gone down a notch or two on my belt though. Hope you all are doing well, see ya soon!

I've come to some odd conclusions....



It seems like the longer i'm up and the more I eat and the less I excercise, the more weight I lose! How ironic is that? I'm down 2 pounds since yesterday, which seems nuts to me because I was only at the gym for a half hour, I was up forever and ate nine times, plus my calorie intake was a bit over a thousand. I didn't eat too many times, i was just up so long that I had to eat accoridingly. Ok, well that's about it. Hope everyone is doing well!

A Bit Bummed

So, seeing everyone elses weight loss, I am getting a bit sad. I know that everyone is different, but still! Kelly You are doing awesome, I read all of your results when you post them! Kelly has lost 18 pounds in 16 days! When i read that i started to get a bit sad, because I have been on the program for 45 days and I have lost 18 pounds. I know that you probably think I am losing inches....but i'm not...OK, 1 here and there once a week or so, but seriously, it's not more than that! I just want this to happen as fast for me as it seems to be happening for everyone else! But don't worry, I will keep my head up and continue to do what I am doing, It is obviously working, just a bit slowly. Okey doke, well, I figured I would just give you guys a little update. I have added a ticker, but my ticker has my starting weight from the night before I started which is a 4 pound difference.

A FULL MONTH Today!

So, as of today, I have been on the program for a full month. I have lost about 15 lbs, and 15 inches. I only have 37 pounds left until I meet my goal! It's exciting. I have been excercising alot lately, spending about an hour at the gym each day, which makes my total calories burned more than two times what I am eating on a daily basis! It's insane! Ok, well I just wanted to update everyone, hope you all are doing well!

sooo...blahhh

I imagine that on here i am also supposed to blog about my downs......today is totally a downer! I guess the reason i writing it on here is because i know that other people on this same program will read it and empathize. SO...after almost a month on the program i am still hungry! i just feel cruddy...i am not really craving anything, i am just hungry! And all that energy that i am supposed to have....well, i never got it! All i wanna do is sleep and be a lazy bum all day. I worked out for the first real time on the program yesterday. 30 min eliptical, 15 mins stair stepper, and 15 mins crunches and leg lifts...and guess freaking what? My weight has still not moved! And it doesn't make since that u can lose inches and not weight! Inches R weight! I stick pretty strictly to my program and i just don't understand why i have been just about the same weight for a week or so. yeah i may lose 0.4 here or there, but it's right back the next day! Is it because i don't have to much left to lose? i just wanna eat and eat and eat........and i want some dang energy! Thanx for listening to all my crap......i'm not normally like this...wait, yes i am...just not with people i don't know very well. But i know you guys care, and i care about your progress also.
