
ok, so after 60 days i have lost 23 pounds! It's not as good as other people, but it's still exciting. I am doing excercises with the kids and they are learning how to be healthy, they love it! They are just so funny to watch while they are on the ground trying to do crunches! So, I have decreased my gym time from 5 days a week to about 3 and we will see how that works for me. Overall, I am doing pretty well, my measurements are not really changing though, in two weeks i have gained a couple inches and lost like a half one! So that kinda sucks, but it will come....slow and steady wins the race! My clothes are still fitting about the same, I haven't gone down any sizes on ANYTHING! I have gone down a notch or two on my belt though. Hope you all are doing well, see ya soon!
